Appartamento Kuharić

In the heart of the small fairy tale town Grožnjan a house is waiting only for you! House is possessing its own energy, charm and has story to tell. It's very livable, and suitable for resting and contemplating, and freeing your mind so you can be who you are.

In the house you have fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, electric cattle,… then there is harmoniously decorated living room that has dining table, old istrian chest on which is TV with internet (smart TV) and fire place that you have to see!

On the floor there are two sleeping rooms for total 3 persons with desks, closets and chests of drawers. Two more beds are on the attic.

The bathroom provides a bath, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. The house is air-conditioned and has internet, barbecue, and baby cot.

For fun and recreation there are board games, darts, and 4 mountain bikes (one of them is children mtb, for age 5 to 11).
For people that travel with bikes house has basement where they can put their bikes.

Furniture in apartment is stylish, antique, walls are decorated with pictures of painter who was a former owner. Atmosphere in house is neat. It reminds on the old way of living in Istria.

A children's playground, a parking lot, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a cafe, the tourist information office, grocery store, ATM and post office are all within 200 m.

Closest bigger town is Buje 7 km away or 10 minutes by car, where you have supermarket, gas station, bus station, doctor, pharmacy... Closest airports are in Trieste (50 km), and Pula (70 km).

The house can serve you as starting point for visiting northen Istria area that has lots of natural, cultural, entertainment, gastronomy… attractions, but is good for exploring Istria as a whole. I would like that this house be a creative spot for their guests.
